He is a Certified Security Professional – Class 74 of year 1999, criminologist, DOLE-BWC practitioner, licensed security consultant, and director for security training of the Philippine National Police-SOSIA. For the past 24 years, he has earned his experience from the Corporate Security Management from the different industries such as mall, car parks, retail, property management, land acquisition/banking, events, and a lot more. He has earned his degree of Bachelor of Science in Criminology in De La Salle University – Dasmariñas Cavite, his master’s degree in Criminology Major in Security and Safety Management at Emilio Aguinaldo College – Manila and his doctorate degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Criminal Justice with specialization in Criminology at De La Salle University – Dasmariñas Cavite.

Because of his efforts, diligence, and determination, he was awarded by various companies, industries, and organizations. Since 1995 up to this date, he has received more than one hundred (150) awards, commendations, and letter of appreciations. Some of his awards are given by the Professional Criminologist Association of the Philippines Inc. (PCAP) as an Outstanding Criminologist of the Year 2020, Honoris Causa of Brethren Evangelical School of Theology International in Industrial Security Major in Corporate Security Management, Service Award of the year 2020, and an Outstanding CSP Frontliner of the same year by the PSIS International.
